Exhibitors of the International Media Fair
The International Media Fair of MEDIENTAGE MÜNCHEN features exhibits from the leading media companies. On more than 6,500 square metres of exhibition space, the latest products, projects, and ideas are displayed to an interested and relevant expert public. Application Fees for Exhibitors
Space rate: EUR 260.00 plus VAT per square metre for the whole duration of the exhibition (October 13 to 15, 2010)
Please note: Exhibitors who book before May 14, 2010, get an early bird rebate of 5 % of the regular space rate.
Co-exhibitors: The registration fee for co-exhibitors is EUR 400.00 plus VAT for each co-exhibitor.
New option for your presence on-site: "Round Tables"
Attractively designed, ready-equipped meeting modules you can rent during the event.
Rental rates: EURO 1,900.00 plus VAT per day, EURO 2,900.00 for two days, EURO 3,500.00 for three days.

Hosts and Sponsors of 'Nacht der Medien'
'Nacht der Medien' - the Get Together of MEDIENTAGE MÜNCHEN and highlight of the whole event, has become a happening which attracts the attention of both the expert and daily press.
Here is where managers, producers, politicians, consultants, PR experts, journalists, and other media workers 'get together', invited by media companies. As a sponsor of this evening gala, you will have the opportunity to welcome your clients and business partners to an unforgettable event in one of Munich's numerous impressive locations.
There are various ways of how to take an active part in 'Nacht der Medien', e.g. by running a bar or by sponsoring a lounge or the VIP Area. We will be glad to assist you! Become a host of the media party of the year!
Services and Fees
- Basic sponsoring fee: EUR 7,500.00 plus EUR 110.00 for each guest ticket; the basic sponsoring fee is a precondition for all further ways of commitment
- 'Patronage' of a bar: from EUR 5,500.00 plus costs for extra drinks, e.g. cocktails, and branding (in combination with basic sponsoring fee only)
- Sponsoring of a lounge: EUR 10,000.00 (in combination with basic sponsoring fee only)
- Sponsoring of the VIP Area: EUR 15,000.00 (in combination with basic sponsoring fee only)
